A consortium of Gamuda (Singapore), Evia MCS and H108 — the latter including Ho Lee
Group. HDB issued the letter of award on 26 September 2025 after the consortium bid S$1.012
billion, or S$980 per square foot per plot ratio.
How many units will Chencharu Close have?
Up to 875 residential units are estimated, alongside roughly 13,000 sq m of commercial space
that includes a new bus interchange and a hawker centre. The exact unit mix has not been
released by the developer.

99-year leasehold. The site covers approximately 316,997 sq ft (about 29,450 sq m), with a
gross floor area of over 1.03 million sq ft.
What is the Chencharu estate?
